I did Baritastic Social on Facebook for a while. That group has almost 20,000 members. If you think everyone is always nice and no one gets snippy and everything is perfect there you haven't been there very long. I lasted about a week and had to get out, it seriously was one of the worst group experiences I have ever encountered. I also hated have 50 notifications every time I got on Facebook, so......

I will not ever eat any meat or dairy other than this but I understand that it is difficult -

I had my sleeve on june 6th, I have had no problems at all just nausea when I woke up from surgery but other than that not even a sore throat. I can eat most anything I never get sick and I can drink Water just fine. so don't be scared. you deserve this -

im not trying to be a gloomy gus and it may not happen this way to you but I lost 20 lbs in two weeks also and now 6 weeks out and for the past month I only have lost 10 lbs I hear that this is normal so don't be upset if it slows down, it will start back up -
