Tasting stuff at costco but forgeting about that then having lunch right after ends up in disaster :-( #NeverForget

I always ruin my day with stuff like this because when it's time to eat something really good for me, I am full on crap from places like Costco. I swear I won't even go in there anymore. I let my hubby go without me and I give him a list.

all I had at costco was actually good. chicken breast meat and some cheese so at least that was OK food

Costco samples used to be an appetizer for me. Now they are free lunch!
