Don't be upset. I haven't lost a pound in 7-8 days. I'm 4 weeks post op. Orin ally I lost 29lbs. I am picking up my cardio and protien next week and I know I will see a difference. You got this!

Cool. I tried lobster for Valentine's day. The tail was too tough and came back up but the upper body was soft like crab meat so I able to keep it down and eat without issue. I'm 4 weeks post op as of Wednesday.

I am cleared for foods but I can only eat every little. I have tried some solids that have come right back up. I am going to try drink more Protein. I must admit them when I drink it it leaves me satisfied for a couple of hours.

I am 4 weeks post op as of today. I noticed lately I have been feeling Hungry ( or at least that what I think I'm feeling). Is this because I'm not getting in enough protien?

I can't get in very much protien 30-40 grams and with the water I am doing pretty good 50-70 oz a day.

I am at 4 weeks post op today. I haven't lost any weight in a week also. I was just gettin ready to post the exact same thing. It is so hard to find protien that actually is flavor less. I am on the pureed food diet now. I was so afraid that I would know when to stop eating and I found out today after only a couple of onces of food! I had a knot in my chess and it felt so terrible I wanted NOTHING else to eat. This journey is truly amazing. I can't wait to see how how far I get. I had my surgery Wednesday and came home Friday. Today was the first day I have really been able to sip throughout the day without issue. I am already getting sick of broth and Water. I hate pudding. I also tried Jello with protien but my stomach won't let me consume but so much. I want to go back to work next week but I doubt I will be able to. I know it sounds like a bunch of complaints but well....... basically it is. I am 3 days post up but everything hurts after a spoon full or 2. Trying to get in the sips of Water is equally difficult.
