Hello I haven't had the surgery yet but since I started my journey 4 months ago I've lost 43 pounds. I'm a 52 yr old male 5 7 hw 297 cw 253 There has been times I've experienced stalls and weight gains Remember a pound of fat is around 3,500 calories so if you haven't consumed that much in a day or so it's Water weight.
