I "only" lost 3 pounds this week so I knew that I should have a decent inches week. I've been doing ab and arm exercises. My arm and waist measurements are both up a little (and slightly sore) but I lost 3.75 inches! Also blood pressure issues are definitely a thing of the past, this morning I was 110/87 with a heart rate of 78. I've intentionally increased my calories to get me over 800 calories and making sure to hit my 64 oz fluid goal. Yesterday was my best fluid day yet at 114 oz!
