I was sleeved 1/25/16 in Mexico, I've done ok. SW 297 CW 242 But for the last 2 months I've only lost about a pound a week. Am I not eating enough? Can you give me some ideas to tweak my routine?
Breakfast is usually a Protein shake
lunch is usually cheese and a slice of deli turkey
Maybe a Greek yogurt for snack
Supper is some type of meat and vegetable
I try to get at least 64oz of Water some days I may be a bottle short but I get it in most days
I walk 1-2 miles daily
