Oh wow! I'm so sorry to hear that, definitely get on your insurance specialist to have all the paper work in. I stayed on top of mine, they probably got annoyed but I didn't care. I'm curious to find out how long Cigna took to approve you for gastric sleeve surgery. My insurance specialist turned in all my documents on 5/18, I called Cigna and they said they received it on 5/19. I'm trying to be patient but I'm excited!! I called again today, 5/24, and Cigna said it is still pending like come on... I'm fat, approve me lol. Jk. I'm interested in hearing your story, please comment below.
