Thanks,me to. The calendar isnt that full. I can start my fast on the 3rd of oct and have the 17th for surgery date. Im so ready. It feels like this process has taken along time but really and truthfully, we need those nutrition sessions, the support group meetings, and this time to get our minds together and set for this life change. Even though you'll have the surgery, its still up to us to learn what not to eat.

Im on Cymbalta which is great also for fibromyalgia, and depression. I dont think i could go on without it. Ive had some serious depression once i became disabled from a fall on the job. 18yrs of being a flight attendant and 1 day of bad turbulence which i hit the top of the plane because i was up and broke my back. Heck, my dr seems to be harder than anyone else. His is 3 weeks everything. And a 14 day fast. Ive seen some people didnt have to fast, ive seen 10 days, but hardly no 14 day. Im going to have to lock myself in a closet when i start this fast in a couple of weeks. Did anyone have a feast before fasting? Just make a list of questions so that you can ask what to expect during these next 6 months. Mine showed me which apps help count calories because youre gonna be on a 1500 calorie plan. 64oz of Water a day which could also be gatorate, propel, Protein drinks and she should show you which 1's to buy and what not to buy. Im having my final evaluation next week and then i start my 10 day fast. I know theres several of you didnt have to do a 10 fast but for the ones that did and was successful can you please give me some help on what to drink, and what not to drink. Once i had back surgery, and they started with rhe steriods, i ballooned up to 288lbs and couldnt get it off alone. My goal weight isnt to be that small again, but i would like to be in a 8-10 again. I havent had my surgery as of yet but my friend had surgery in January of this year. And she went to the dr on tuesday because as of yet, she still hasnt lost any weight.
