  1. I think we all need to learn moderation! 2 teaspoons is a good way to end cravings! As long as it's a sometimes thing! Don't sweat it!   2. I have tried Soooo many brands and still can't choke them down. So I use dannon light and fit greek yougart with 18 grams of Protein in a cup.   3. I cheated 3 times in 10 days right at the beginning. I pulled it together for the remaining time. My liver was still large but thankfully they were still able to do it vie keyhole. However I imagine my liver must have been very fatty because I still had a good 6 days of only baratric shakes and nothing the day before surgery.   4. I am about 2.5 weeks post op. Is it possible you just started walking more and pulled a muscle? I was about 6 days out and had the same issue in my calf. I called the surgeon who said I had to go to the er to be sure it wasn't a blood clot. I was fine it was just a muscle strain.
