I went through 9 months of prep and i knew on day 1 I wasn't fully ready I think it's because no matter how much you prepare until you actually experience it you don't fully understand. I know some of the girls have felt the head hunger plenty of times, especially me. So today I got to have yogurt and i felt like I was having thanksgiving dinner I was so happy the inner "fat girl" in me wanted to scarf it down but it took me about an hour to get down 3oz Sent from my iPhone using BariatricPal

I haven't had issues with liquids until tonight.... Tomato soup... I have chest pain and can feel it up to my throat... It is during a bbq at my moms house and it stinks.... I've been lucky until now... @@sarahb309 maybe you had too much too fast? Now I just need to finish my liquids to complete 64 ounces. Earlier I replied to Pup and have her a number she can call to get a sample pack for nectar. Maybe you should call too just to try it out.
