    This is just my best guess; but I think any major change might jolt our bodies a bit. I personally find it very hard to sleep when I'm hungry.     Looks like we are good to go; just after I posted this I got a call for pre-surgical testing and for a class for pre-op patients. I asked the same question just to confirm and she explained that they wouldn't have been able to schedule my surgery date without it being approved by insurance first. Let the happy dance commence!
