So I had my sleeve 6/8. I want to resume using my Water bottle but after the warnings against a STRAW I hesitate to use this bottle. Anyone have any knowledge on if I would be able to use it? This bottle works on suction through the filter. I do have another one that you can squeeze through the filter. Any advice is great. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Try the Rockin' Refuel protien shakes. They are in the dairy section. There are 3 versions. Lean builder and muscle builder are the two I find that fit the doctor prescribed criteria. They taste like milk but have no lactose. 30mg or 20mg of Protein. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
