Breathe deeply a few times. In through your nose and out through your mouth slowly. Just a few breaths can calm you to a point where you are no longer anxious.

Butterflies. Keep thinking them as butterflies. You are normal and on the right track if you're feeling the ---"butterflies".
LIght a candle and watch the flame-intently for a few moments. It will calm you.
