    I got sleeved on Tuesday and am recovering fairly well just have soreness and am cautiously moving slow. I had some puréed potato Soup and cream of wheat today. Just a couple tablespoons but it went down well. No issues. I've not needed much pain medicine either. I feel so blessed - this was my first surgery ever! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

    Day 3 liquid diet

    I'm on Day 7 of my 14 days of the liquid diet. I want to take a huge bite of bread or something with some flavor but I haven't. I've stuck to my 3 Protein shakes a day, sf Jello and broth. I got tired of chicken broth so started beef broth. Drinking lots of Water and decaf iced tea. I'm halfway there and my surgery is schedule for January 31.
