https://epicbar.com/bars-overview I have not had the surgery yet, I'm on the low carb diet pre-op. Found these bars called EPIC and I had the bacon bar. So good! I don't know what your body can handle but check these out. I love them so much I bought a case and ordered a subscription of a case a month! I found single bars at County Market. They have other meats and flavors, too.
