I have about 200lbs to lose and lost 10lbs in 10 days post op. He was happy, I was happy. If he poo pooed that, I would have been crushed and felt like a complete failure. But I did everything asked of me. Everyone loses at their own pace. Don’t let the pace take you down. That loss is still a loss. A loss is a win. If you carry around a gallon of milk for a week and put it down and walk away, you will finally feel the weight off of you. But if you take 2 cups a day out of it, it doesn't feel that dramatic. I decidex not to watch when I seen a grown adukt woman living with her mom and was a slob, not funny and vasically getting money to be on a show about being fabulous and fat but complaining about losing weight whike shoving everything bad down her throat and drinking. I'm doing great. I only am going to weigh in at my monthly check ups. I did a 10lb loss in 10 days post op at my first check in. My clothes are not tight anymore, so I go back the 23rd and I feel like I lost 20ish pounds from last check up already. So by the 23rd I would expect a 25lb loss from the last weigh in. I met my husband on Craigslist. I kid you not. I did all, I mean all kinds of dating sites. I was tired of paying for dead ends. Sure I went on a lot of dates, but then I would see the same people on all of them. I felt like I was done. I said this is my last try for a long time. Sat down and wrote an online ad on Craigslist. Posted it in 3 close areas. Met about 5 guys. Still didn't click with anyone. Got in close to 100 emails. Then my husband emailed me. I was on the fence to even reply back because his email was choppy. Kind of cute picture, but no sparks. Probably because I was calling it quits again. This has happened 2x for me, so I decided to ask everybody here if this has happened to them. When I am having a bm, and you feel it "getting to the door to evacuate" all of a sudden I feel nauseous and very close to vomiting. No it has nothing to do with smell lol it occurs before the door is opened ha. I am not struggling with constipation or diarrhea. All is normal. Never had this issue before. Program consists of a diet and exercise. If you dont follow it, of course you will gain weight. About a year or so the honeymoon period is over and your body learns how to re- absorb calories and work around your tool. And the sleeve, you can do that day one with sloder foods and eat around your sleeve. It is not a sure way to loose and keep it off. This isnt the easy way out as some think. Well my suggestion is to go on you tube, find someone that was close to your weight and shape and then check out their skin hanging video. That will give you a good look at what you will be facing. I did it. It sucks. But then I know someone my size that didnt make it to 40 from a massive heart attack. That was a whole different kind of suck. My husband loves me big. He's attacked to biiig girls. We had a heart to heart before surgery about fears. He told me in no uncertain terms that I couldn't get rid of him even if I was a quadriplegic. We are stuck together. I have saggy boobs already lol he said he'll get the wheelbarrow for me. I said he can wheelbarrow my butt and I will get the boobs. He's also younger than me. But you will loose some boobs, you will loose weight and have saggage and baggage. It's the tradeoff for better health and years of not being skinny. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

I would be shooting for christmas break. Even with no 6 month diet, you have to get all the preop tests done and wait for insurance approval, which can take from a few days to a few weeks. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

I had enough torture with weight my whole life, I will not let the scale dictate how I will feel day to day or week to week. I am weighing in at my monthly check ups. If I am not losing weight, I will do weekly to adjust my foods. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
