Dont be shy around your surgeon. He will see you butt naked on the operating table with lights so intense he will see every hair follicle. Pooping and problems pooping is not a sacred topic. Its tough postop. Tough because you also have to drink drink drink. Then my surgeon has the no drinks 30mins beforehand eating and 1hr after eating. He said to concentrate on Protein shakes, Vitamins and fluids then work in food. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

It's called a joke. Seems like you need it. I had gastric surgery 5/10. Lost 40lbs preop, then 10lbs in 10 days post op. Going my surgeon in a week and I will run to you with my numbers mommy. Ok? Nope, you're the wrong one posting about living.on the scale with "research." Not everyone should be on the scale every damn day. I am post op, and I know I can't do that to myself. I weigh in at the doctors office. I stick to the plan but I was posting on what happened everytime in the past. I'm not the only one that has done that with stalls. Or "compression garments" lol Once you have extra skin, do you let it fly or strap it down? Do you live in spanx? I have several onesie type girdles, but only one fits right and of course the dint sell that exact one when I went back to order after I bought it and loved it. I wouldn't care if they had to shave a patch on my head to give me a .05% better than average chance. People forget that this is major surgery. You will be under from 1 - 2 hours. That is huge. My surgeon told me at the last check in, this is a surgery and with any surgery there is a chance of death. You have to do everything you can to give yourself the best odds. Dont believe everything that happens on her show. Most of it is written or a scenario is pushed to happen. She makes money being fat. She might lose it, gain, lose, gain and make money off it each time like Kirstie ally. But what I take away from It is that she is still a lazy slob living off her mom. I recently purchased 2 cartons of chocolate at bjs. Its thinner and tastes weird. Its fresh and a year out from expiration.
