It does. Surgery and being out of your environment and routines does that. Also when you lose weight the fat vells hold hormones and its dumping all of them into your system. I was a mess on and off for 2 months. Now at 4 months out, I am close to normal. I remember having a breakdown about the yardwork. Made no sense, but at the time it was a gigantic deal. I also like full body sugar/salt scrubs. They're sosososososo good. Also, I've read they help with excess skin. Who knows if it's true, but can't hurt!I'm an aesthetician and cosmetologist. If you mix up coffee grounds and body wash to a paste and use it as a scrub it helps with the skin. It's very invigorating. Supposedly it helps firm and tighten skin. It's kind of messy. You also can use salt or sugar mixed with your favorite body wash as well. You shouldnt eat thinking you will feel full. We have a nerve that isnt working right now to let you know when you are full. I am 4 months out and dont have a full feeling. But I will get symptoms of runny nose and things like that. You should be measuring how much you eat and not eat until its gone. You shouldnt be eating noodles at this point. They expand in the pouch and you should be all about Proteins not any carbs or sugars. You just started this way of life and you are bored of liquids and not following your plan, not measuring how much your eating. You can eat all day long if you want, but that isnt going to lead to weightloss. Just because it fits doesn't mean you should eat that much. If you want food to pile up in your esophagus and have that stretch, or a leak then keep going down that road. This is a tool, not a magic wand.
