This time next week I'll be under the knife. My nerves are starting to set in and this liquid diet is not helping.

Actually, I don't. I was surprised after all that I've read on the forums here. The only dietary restrictions I will have will be on the day before the surgery. But I have already replaced one meal a day with a protein shake. I spent the weekend having food funerals and I REALLY need to knock that crap off.
