I wholeheartedly agree. I used coloring to assist me while quitting smoking.
One of my triggers for smoking was talking on the phone, every time the phone rang I went out the door to smoke. So to combat that trigger I headed to the table to color.
I used it in the morning with my coffee, and after dinner. All the times I would normally smoke I colored.
I'm now 4 months smoke free, and have some beautiful works of art.
