Hoping for a new me

Thanks so much,yes my apnea is severe and I can never get enough sleep,also bad knees.Im at my heavest of my life.5"5 258 I have dieted my whole life,envy people that can maintain weight.Im like a yo yo.Im single for the past 7yrs and think my weight has alot to do w it.My self esteem is shot.My mom had gastric bypass in the early yrs.80s she has some issues from it,but Im having the sleeve and Im sure things are much better now.Im excited but wish I didnt have to go alone.Aug 4th cant get here fast enough!!
