    Instagram!

Finally got the courage to start up a transformation, process showing type Instagram for myself for my body after surgery! Most of my friends and family do not know I've had surgery so this is where I can express my transformation pictures and problems and gain motivation from people doing the same! If you'd like to follow me my Instagram is brittany_vsgxx Thanks y'all! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Water parks

Went to a Water park today for the first time in a long time especially since surgery.. And I noticed the difference in my bathing suit when I found a seem on the shorts I wear over them that I never could see because of my stomach! And then I took this picture just because I remembered I had one just like it and was surprised so much by the change! I start my first diet bet on Tuesday and this is such great motivation! Hope everyone is doing well this holiday weekend! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Fitbit goals!

So I purchased a fit bit last week just to try it out because I wanted to keep track of how often I was active and have something to motivate me to move, this is my 3rd day having it and I doubled my stepping goal! I had it set at 5,000 and thought I would challenge myself to 10,000 and I made it over! Never would have been able to do this before surgery because of how bad my knees were from a car accident and my weight making it worst, but now that the weight is coming off its getting easier and easier! Btw fitbits are great for motivation, it's working for me! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    gaining weight on soft foods

I was like this from the beginning of my 3rd week until a couple days when I got into my 6th week! It's super frustrating but it's just a dreaded stall I realized everyone hits. But I can assure you it's Water weight, you have to eat ALOT more than you're able to right now to gain 2 lbs of fat. So no worries, just stick to your plan, get in your Protein and liquids and eventually it will fall off. Trust me, I know how frustrating it can be to see you're doing nothing wrong! But it's just your body adjusting to the major weightloss. Good luck!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. Okay this might be a rant, or something along that line but I'm so frustrated. I had surgery may 10, lost 10 pounds in my preop diet and have lost 15 since surgery. My parents both had this surgery done, my best friend had this surgery done and then I had it done. I meet my Protein requirements everyday, I meet my Fluid requirements everyday, I do cardio for an hour daily and for the past 2 weeks have been jumping between 254 and 251... I don't know what else to do. I can't call my surgeons office because the NUT is never available to talk and my surgeon is never in, I literally feel like giving up and saying whatever being fat is obviously how it's meant to be. I don't know what else to do or who else to talk to. It's come to the point where I have breakdowns daily full on tears because it is so frustrating. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Surgery glue

Took mine about 2 weeks to completely fall off and a couple even at a month were taken off by my surgeon. Do not mess with them, they will not come off until they are ready and when you wash them just do so gently, it's normal for them to crack and start lifting that means the incisions are healing. Don't rush it Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Pounds

I'm not sure how many calories I should be getting in.. My NUT never really discussed that and he's out of town until Monday... My BMI currently is 39.8. I'm meeting a majority of my protein goals and getting in 72 ounces of liquids a day Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Fat?

No where in any of my worksheets or papers given to me by NUT doesn't it mention anything regarding how much fat we should be having a day.. And my NUT is out for the next 2 weeks.. Any help? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
