One of my concerns for post op is having my puppy jumping on my. He sleeps with us (hold the comments) and sometimes will get up in the morning really excited and jump. I was thinking of taking him to grandmas (she watched him if we go out of town and be loved it there) but I really don't want her knowing about the surgery. I asked my coordinator if I can schedule a tentative date while we wait for the insurance to approve it because I start a new job July 1 and wanted surgery before. My surgeon is out of town the week of the 13th and the other surgeon is out the following week so the first possibility is the 27th. If they weren't going to be out of town for two weeks, it'd be earlier. Ironically, this is the same day I adopted my puppy last year I met with my surgeon on Thursday 5/26, then met with the psych on 5/31 (Memorial Day was in between).
