During the full liquid phase should we be drinking Protein shakes like we do Water? Meaning constantly sipping on protein to make sure we get it all in? My Nut did tell me that protein is considered a liquid so it counts toward liquids for the day. Sent from my SCH-I545 using the BariatricPal App
