Sent from my SM-G900R4 using the BariatricPal App That's awesome! Does it keep you full? I'm glad I like protein shakes. Yes it does. I'm never hungry unless I go to long without eating I have to remind myself to eat I can't go over 7 hours without eating so I have to keep myself to a pretty strict schedule because I'm usually never hungry and if I go too long that's when I feel it because I end up feeling really nasty if I go too long without eating so I have to keep myself on a pretty strict schedule Sent from my SM-G900R4 using the BariatricPal App

  8. We all undergo a successful. Weight loss before surgery I know where we lose weight before we actually have surgery the thing is is that and you've known in the past that you have lost weight and you always regained it is always been the problem always the biggest problem and for me personally I know without my tool I would never have been able to get from the 263 wait to my current 158 I am now it is lowest I've ever been and I seriously you know that I would not have been able to do it without the surgery the surgery is just a tool to help us get to where we want to be and for me I don't regret it at all there was a short time. Where I was questioning myself but if I could go back and do it all over again I would 100% Sent from my SM-G900R4 using the BariatricPal App

  13. I don't think it matters what setting is on and it's just mandatory that you continue to do it because if you don't because of the surgery I mean your lungs can collapse that's why they have you do the breathing exercises Sent from my SM-G900R4 using the BariatricPal App The most important thing and just remembering to continuously use it and do it as often as you can that's all that really matters Sent from my SM-G900R4 using the BariatricPal App
