Are you reaching your Protein goals and drinking at least 60oz of Water a day? I have to have 72g of protein everyday (based on height I'm 5'8) and most days I reach 90g of protein and have been doing this for the year. I have been waiting 2 years for the surgery (in Canada) and lots of water is very important. Follow other wls people on instagram and they all drink over 100oz of water in a day and are successful. I think I have pcos also but only self diagnosed cause I didn't know what it was until recently. If your working out and gaining weight you could be building muscle resulting in gains, just try walking and cardio.
