    August 30th sleeved in Califormia. I'm down 11lbs. Went back to work today. Being back to routine was awesome. Just hurt my husband didn't check on me. My first two weeks are full liquids, then soft foods start next Tuesday. Can't wait!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    @@milpreve Yes! Those options help! I'm afraid I will not be able to tolerate the shakes either! @@DaisyAmy when I stopped the shakes the migraines went away. Not proof, but....
