    I am consuming to much food. small portions, but way to much. I seem to have lost my way. Please help me get back on track. Last nigjht I started out good, I had 1/2 filet catfish and spinage. Then at 10pm I did the unthinkable. I ate a FRIED chicken leg and FRIED OKARA!! AND 1/2 OF A BISCUT!!... I think I may be suffering from mental hunger. How can i get back on tarack, before the weight gets back on me. I am 5lbs from my 100lbs mark. PLEASE HELP ME!

    Protien

    How are protein grams calculated. My nurse told me it's protien divided by calories. Does that make sence, Do you just go by what is on the package? Where you all given a formula to calculate protien?

    It has been 6 months since my surgery and I have lost 71 lbs. My diet is sooo boring. I eat yogurt, cheese, cold cuts, and fijita beef. and chicken. I need food sugestions. with high protein.

    Thanks for all your responses. I spoke w/the nurse at my DRs' office and she suggested I trY Benifiber. It has been one day and nothing, but i will give it a while longer. OFF SUBJECT**** HOW DO I ADD THE WEIGHT LOSS TICKET TO MY SIGNATURE?
  10. Hello, I am not having regular BMs at all. I can go all week w/out a BM. I have to take a stool softner in order to poop. Can someone recommend foods that will promote BMs? I have tried Prunes and it does not help. Is anyone else experinceing this?

  12. If you are not hungry do you eat, 'because it is time to eat'. example you ate dinner at 8pm, it is now 8am and you are not hungery, would you still eat? what if the full satifaction last until night time. should you make yourself eat?
