Hi! I feel the same. Surgery on 12/5...down 38.... still having difficultly with how much I can eat and not get sick or feel horrible. I've been training hard so I hope I've gained more muscle. I think your are doing just fine.

And how are you doing post-surgery? Glad you did it? I am doing great. Very glad I did it. Thanks for asking. Still getting used to how much I can eat, but am able to drink more Water now and I've actually recently started training for a mini triathlon.

I took off 3 days after surgery and I was fine. I have a desk job but walk a lot on construction sites. Dr told me 2 weeks but I was fine after a few days. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I'm on day 10 and not hungry at all. Finding it hard to get 4 Protein shakes down though. I was curious and asked the nutritionist at my preop and she said it was fine if I felt ok. I've been doing 3 Premier Protein Shakes and a bowl or two of broth every day. Have been feeling surprisingly good. A few minor headaches and a little worn out but over feeling great.
