    Keep drinking fluids...whatever your plan allows because it definitely helps. I'm on Day 9 of 14 and it's definitely gotten better. For me, it's been a good lesson in what is actual hunger and what is "head" hunger. You WILL make it! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
