Hi there ...i am researching the reversal as well.... only three week out and already have complication ended in hospital..... my hernia as they thought would get better but it hasn't and its causing now the reflux which is painful and am still on liquids ( 5 weeks on liquids) i have tried puree food and been in a lot of pain.... its not buyers remorse... its the fact that i am unwell after this operation more so then i was before. Hi there my op was on the 17th 3 days ago...I've been home since yesterday an my Surgeon told me i have to walk for 2h a day. Just went for a walk 15/20 min tops and in the middle of it i started feeling horible shooting pain on the left side of my abdominal and it kind of makes it hard to breathe ..... am lying down now took a painkiller but its till painful. Am struggling a bit i should have more milk today but for some reason is not going down well today where yesterday i could drink milk with no problems....now am just worried with that pain after the walk.... it got better after pain killers but now its kind coming back....feeling tired definitely.... i havent felt sick i just feel full ..... Hi there I am from London and i am currently one week bf the gastric bypass surgery. As pre op diet i have been already on shakes only diet for a week and still have 6 more days to go. I can't believe my scale as it dropped 5.5kg this week!!!! But today i found my self craving to chew st and i can't get it out of my head!!!! More about me... am 30 and been overweight my whole life...had few hard years and weight when way way up....to the point when i didn't feel comfortable anymore. Other reason is me and my hubby have been trying for a baby for the last four years and have no "medical" reasons why we are not succeeding. Hi There I am currently one week from my surgery and one week on slimfast shake diet pre-op. ( required in Uk ) I've been fine especially seeing that i have lost 5.5kg in a last week but starting to feel faint and mentally strugling from keeping away from any food.... still have 6 more days of just drinking 4 shakes a day and two liters of wather a day.... and it is a struggle.
