I've been fighting obesity since I can remember. While my case is a bit different--I do know how to lose body fat, increase muscle mass, etc., as I was a health & fitness journalist for 10 years (ironic, I know)--I simply lack the execution.

Watersports, love outdoors, video games, exotic cars, home theater buff, newly diagnosed with sleep apnea (CPAP), target shooting, travel, business -- all kindsa stuff, but I know I could do so much more if I were healthy.
