Wow! That's a lot of calories! My doctor wants me to get 800 calories and 60-80g of protein. There is no way I could get that many calories in. I am 3 weeks out and I've lost 16 pounds Erika F. Sleeved 6/6/16

Hi guys! I'm dealing with horrible constipation! I take 2 stool softeners a day, and just recently added Muralax. Anyone else experiencing this, or still taking stool softener after 3 weeks? Erika F. Sleeved 6/6/16

May 6 sleeve here and I've lost 11 pounds. I feel like I am a very slow loser even though I'm sticking meticulously to the eating plan. I've noticed 2 days ago that I've been really hungry. I've been able to fight it but am disappointed I am already hungry Erika F. Sleeved 6/6/16

]I got it May 5th. First few days I regretted it but it gets better. I feel healed completely now but I'm sure the inside prolly needs another week. Had heartburn a few times, started taking omeprezole for heart burn. Still take some of my diabetic meds if sugar is over 150. At my appointment with my primary that they made me for the 10th, I had already dropped 20 lbs! I got mine May 6! Exciting to find someone close to mine. I am 4 days post as well and doing all liquids. I have a hard time determining if I am full as well. I drank about 6 oz of broth in half an hour and don't feel full. Not hungry either. It's a little scary Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
