Hello. Quick but heartfelt thanks to everyone for sharing topics & comments. Today is my first on this app & I've enjoyed reading experiences. Tuesday I start my soft food phase. Does anyone have a MUST TRY/MUST EAT for week 3? And how do I determine what 2 oz of eggs are? I thought I'd start with a hard boiled egg. How do I determine what amounts to 2 oz of eggs?
