    You can make Protein jigglers. Basically you make the Jello with 2/3 cup hot Water. Let cool for 5 min. Then you mix in 2 scoops of unflavored or flavored protein powder to the room temp water 1/2 cup. Then mix the two together. My surgery is tomorrow. I trippled the recipe and I have 7 4oz servings of 21gram protein jello jigglers waiting for me when I get home. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
