Man oh man oh man, did I blow it today. Had 1 bite of a roll with butter, gravy on my beef and a bowl of cream of broccoli soup, is blue cheese dressing o.k.? ohhhh, someone tell me it'll be alright. -

HEY THERE EVERYONE, Haven't been on this website for quite sometime, where does the time go?!! I love everyones email ... you guys are awesome. If I didn't have my surgery yet...this is a GREAT support group!! For those of you who are waiting and waiting, be patient! It will happen .... and when it does, it will be the BEST thing you ever did!! Thanx Live/Laugh/Love ... it was great seeing you at Hoffman's .. Good Morning Everyone, DeeH - I was at the seminar on Thursday. A friend of mine is going to have it done, I did mine in Nov 07 (BEST thing I ever did for myself and HOFFMAN is the BEST at it). You have a partner for life in him!! I thought the presentation was awesome and very informative. I'm was glad I heard it all over again, because the statistic's scared the heck out of me all over again!! Efran - Are you calling Marietta (859-2067)? She is the one that is in charge of putting together the orientations, my advice is to call and call and call till you get her in PERSON! Good Luck! The WALK in thepark is still happening, every SATURDAY at 8:00am we meet at the juice Bar ... it's alot of fun! You walk at your own pace! JOIN US! (Hoffman joins us too) Loraine -

Hi Everybody ..... boy has it been along time since I've been on this website ... I've missed you guys!! Remember ... Saturday morning's at Delaware park, it's suppose to be a nice day ... we can meet at 8:00am at the Juice Bar, we can walk the park and then bring your lawn chairs so we can chit-chat on the lawn afterwards, let's say about 9:00am. So if you can't make the walk, just come at 9:00a to talk and hear GREAT success stories!! Look forward to it ... Judy, Christa, Dawn and me will be there ... and hopefully many more! :tt2: -
Hi! I am at school in Java and just realized my new cell phone doesn't have service at the lodge. I will be here till about 4:00 tomorrow - I will try calling your cell on my way home and hopefully we can chat.
Great weather this weekend! I am so bummin' that I will miss the walk this Saturday! I had my evaluation yesterday - got a small fill. But I am down 7 lbs of body fat
) Gained 1.5 lbs of muscle - I feel good that I am going in the right direction finally! Thanks to all of you )We'll talk soon..

Hi! I gave you my home # last time because I was waiting for my new # from T-Mobile. We just switched companies. My cell # is 697-7432. Dr Hoffamn showed up yesterday and my husband actually came with me too. It was a good walk. I won't be there the next 2 Saturday's now. I have school next week and work the Saturday after next. I will probably go on Sunday just to keep up my weekly routine.
