I will be a year out on nov 9th. Yes! They are definitely a huge bear!! Im trying my best to not give in. Geez thats so hard. I try to keep water all the time with me. I need to just try harder. Without more information it is hard to know what to suggest. Are you tracking your food? Are you getting in all of your Protein and fluids? Are you eating enough? Are you eating too much?
