    Hi Ms Mississippi. I wanted to start off by saying you look great! You are such an inspiration. I am being banded on 9/2. I am excited as well as extremely nervous! Did you have any struggles after you were banded? What is your meal and exercise plan? Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. By the way my family also lives in Mississippi.
