Mina read up on this forum as well as the numerous book out there about WLS then you will know all about the pre and post surgery. I read and watched everything I could get my hands on and went into surgery without a doubt in my head this was for me. Even if there were complications (which there weren't any as I was very positive about this surgery) I felt it would be better then where I was before the surgery.
