How many fills have you all had? I was banded July 23,08 and I've gained 5 pounds. :thumbdown: I've had 3 fills and I can still eat anything. I have no restriction at all. I have another fill scheduled April 22nd. I'm glad all of you have done well. I hope you all can give me some advice. I'm so discouraged. -

I'm in Elizabethton. Dr. Hodge did my surgery July 27th and I go for my first fill tomorrow. My schedule is a little crazy at the moment but maybe we can become email buddies and support each other. I was banded on 7/24/08 and had a 10 day pre-op liquid diet. I've lost 15 lbs so far. -
How many calories do you aim for?

Oh my beachgal. I start my liquid diet Monday and I hope this doesn't happen to me. I'll never make it on my job. Good Luck!

Good luck to everyone in July. My surgery is the 24th at 10:00 a.m. For all of you being banded next week, Good Luck and let us know how you did. I'm so nervous about the pain after surgery. It's great knowing I have friends here who will follow my journey with me. You all are the best. :thumbs_up: -

I understand the being nervous jonesie. Lucky for me my insurance is paying a portion of the surgery. I'm still very scared and I go back and forth also. My surgery is July 24th. I have no stomach problems at all and I get scared when I read that some people throw up. I hope you will email me and keep me informed about your journey. Also, I would still love for someone to tell me how to get the tickler weight chart on my profile. :ohmy:
