Hey friends! One year ago I started my journey to health & fitness. I began at 504 lbs., and currently weigh 232 lbs. I've lost 272 lbs this year. I'm going to Celebrate with some plastic surgery in the coming months. I live outside of KC, MO. My surgeon was/is tremendous, and this forum has been also been so inspiring.
