    I didn't meet insurance requirements so I'm self-pay. The good news is that my surgery just got moved from the 16th to the 9th (NEXT Monday)!!! I'm super excited and nervous. I'll be a week ahead of most everyone on this thread, I guess. I'm happy to check in a few days post-op to let everyone know how it went.
