Hi all! I am 6 days post op and today I am having a lot of lower back pain. Did anyone else experience this? I also have a lot of gas/burping today and a little shoulder pain which I didn't have prior to today? I ate 1 scrambled egg which I know I should't have but I was starving. Do you think that had anything to do with it???

Thanks for your help Janet. I just need to hang in there. I can start with mushies on Tuesday. So I don't have that long to wait. I am feeling better now that I have burped half way through my day!!

Wow!! Be really careful! I am only 2 days post op and I feel your pain about being hungry. Like everyone else, give your new tummy time to heal. You don't want a slip and have to go back to surgery. Are you sure this isn't just mind hunger?? Hang in there, today is a new day and try to keep busy. Does anyone read Ralph Marston's inspirational quotes? It helps me. Try it!! -

Hi all! I had my band done 2 days ago and feel pretty good. I only had to do the clear liquid the first day and now on full liquids. As of yesterday I gained 1 pound but I think it's added Fluid from the surgery. I haven't had any of the bad shoulder pain that everyone talks about from the gas. Thank God!
