You can do this! I'm entering my 2nd week of pre op diet and it's tough but I'm fighting hard. It was initially supposed to be 1 week but I had to my surgery rescheduled to next week. The pre op diet is more mental than anything. Encourage yourself when you start second guessing and don't be scared to ask for your support system to encourage you! Thank you all so much! I'm really excited about getting this done and my support system has been wonderful. @@FabFemale I will say a prayer for you! I don't have to report to the hospital until 11:30am which is later than what I thought it would be but it will give me time to make sure everything at home is in order for my hubby and the kids. Today is day 4 for me and my surgery is on Monday. It's definitely not easy but I am determined to make it. Just remember it will be worth it in the long run. I'm hanging a few old picture on my bathroom mirror to give me motivation! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
