    Made it through my 1st day. I misunderstood and thought I was supposed to do a clear liquid diet. Day 2 is going to be alot easier now that I can have liquids. I got all of my Protein in, however I didn't eat enough calories. Does anyone have any suggestions how or what I can do to get the calories in. I drank a ton of Water.
