    Hi i'm mindy, i was banded 10 march 2009, all is going well my starting weight was 106kg, i'm now down to 96kgs. with a goal weight of 63kgs. Ive just started on mushies and looking forward to my first fill, as sometimes i fell hungry.:smile:
