  1. I am 9 weeks post op today and I have lost 48 pounds. I would like to lose another 15-20 pounds. Once I hit my goal weight how do I stop losing? I hit my Protein and Water goal daily however I am only eating about 500-600 calories. My Doctor has told me I should be eating 1000-1200 per day. This seem impossible!

  3. My Doctor has told me to eat more cheese. I am still on the puree stage. What type of cheese were you able to eat at this stage? Thanks.
  4. Sleeved May 11th. I am struggling to get my Fluid in have only just been making 1 liter. I have also only been getting about 10-15g of Protein I'm trying it's just not working.     Miserable

  8. Thank you for your reply. I feel a lot better about going now. The food was the only thing I was worried about. As long as I avoid rice I should be fine. Good luck with your surgery! I'm so excited and scared It will be worth it.
  9. How long were you on a liquid diet for? My Doctor has told me I will be on liquid only while in hospital for 3 days and then straight to pureed for 4 weeks before introducing solids. Has anyone got any recipe ideas they could share to help try and get 60g of Protein? Thanks you
  10. I am booked in for surgery on the 11th of May I am booked to go to Thailand on the 5th of October for 3 weeks. Should I cancel? My Doctor seems to think it will be OK. He said after 6 weeks I will be fine to travel. Has anyone else traveled after there operation? Will I be OK to eat the food over there?
