Yeah...that's true. You don't want to get "dis"approved. I think that I lost 15 pounds during my two week liquid diet and let me just tell you...IT SUCKED!!! The band is the best thing that I have ever done. I never thought that I could say that I have lost over 100 pounds. I have less than 30 to go and I could just scream it from the mountain tops. I think that I'm smaller now than I was when I graduated high school. Good luck to you and keep in touch!!! Us Marylanders need to stick together!
