Hello I'm new here too. I'm 14 days post op and really had no hunger pains for the first 4 days. I was on a liquid diet. Unfortunately for me I became dehydrated so please sip all day. Occasionally I get a few hunger pains now when I go 4 hours or more without eating. Hope my story help. Best of luck to you!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Hello Kip, I too was sleeved on 4/13. Things are going well. Following the same diet as Miss Staci. Starting a walking program and get to start soft foods on Thursday.
