I was 8 months on 12-20. I've lost 93. I wanted so bad to hit 100 before the end of this year. But I don't see that happening. My nutritionist told me to cut all (down to 0) carbs for 36 hours and it would reboot. I am going to do a 5 day kick start after the 1st. 2 days liquid, 2 days soft, and 1 day normal. The 20th will be 7 months postop. I'm down 93 pounds. Today is graduation day so I have a new comparison picture! (However, that first graduation was probably a higher weight that I even knew, so I could be more from the actual HW without knowing it lol) How is everyone else doing!?
